David Krueger received his B.A. in Economics from Purdue University (1993) and he received his J.D. and MBA from the University of Oklahoma (1999). In addition, Mr. Krueger received his LL.M. in Taxation from Southern Methodist University (2000).

Mr. Krueger coordinates Oakbrook’s Preferred Professional Network, assisting attorneys, CPAs, financial advisors and other professionals to provide clients comprehensive, complete estate plans that allow families reach their objectives in preserving wealth, minimizing taxes and promoting family unity. He also devotes a significant portion of his practice to the implementation of domestic and international asset protection strategies to protect professionals and entrepreneurs. Such planning involves the creative design and implementation of sophisticated planning techniques involving family limited partnerships, family corporations, and various types of domestic and international trusts. Mr. Krueger coordinates entity and tax minimization planning for corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies. Mr. Krueger also assists clients and their advisors in the disposition of businesses.
